Harvest Festival 2017

Our two harvest services were well very attended. Both preachers led really thought provoking .

The chapel was full for the morning service when we welcomed back our previous minister Rev Val Spencer, and friends from Gressenhall and Wendling joined us.

Thirty people stayed on for the Harvest lunch, prepared by our excellent catering team. Donations after this meal amounted to £171, to be given to ‘All we can’, the Methodist Relief and Development Fund.

The evening was quieter but no less interesting, and was taken by our Superintendant minister Rev Andew King.

All the harvest gifts were donated to the Mid-Norfolk Food Bank, which we support throughout the year.
